I visited Puerto Rico and while there, I wanted to make sure that I try birria tacos. That was a MAIN priority! I came across a 4-star restaurant in the heart of Dorado and decided to stop in for lunch. Just from the first steps of walking in, I felt comfortable… maybe because it was a family type environment. A guy who was the host welcomed and seated me. I had a look at the menu and the prices were great.
The beef birrias caught my eye. A few moments later he returned back with my food and I couldn’t wait to try them. They were so juicy and the meat so tender! It can get a little messy though, because you are dipping the taco into some kind of savory red sauce.
